Introduction. The "mirror effect" of African migration on services and the reception system in Italy

By introducing the architecture of this issue, I stress the importance to recognize to migrant people, in our case from Africa to Italy, a sort of political subjectivity. I find urgent the necessity to seriously take into account their perspectives towards the welfare and reception system of the society as a whole and to acknowledge their possibility to become “cultural critique”.
